Microsystem chip

Micro-system technology represented by MEMS encompasses a host of cutting-edge technologies. It is itself the result of innovation in modern science and technology. Talent introduction and team building in the field of micro-system will help promote the implementation of disciplinary integration strategy and create a diversified MEMS micro-system talent team. On this basis and centering around the intelligent micro-system, singe integrated chips that integrate  sensing, processing, communication, and energy will be the direction of key scientific research. It aims to address a slew of key scientific problems including cross-scale and multi-domain system-level mathematical modeling methods, integrated sequential design theory and methods for complex MEMS chips, as well as high-density heterogeneous integration for key integration methods of MEMS.

Expected important achievements include:

1) Build MEMS research team with international influence;

2) obtain a number of high-level original scientific research achievements;

3) develop a number of MEMS chips badly needed by the state;

4) Gain academic high ground in the international MEMS microsystems field.
